1. Cancellation within 48 Hours
Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time are subject to a 75% cancellation fee.

2. Multiple Cancellations
If two or more appointments are cancelled within a short period, we will require full prepayment for future bookings to secure your spot on our schedule.

3. Prepayment Policy
Prepaid bookings are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice.

4. Holiday Scheduling Policy
If your clean falls on a holiday and your appointment is moved to a different day, please do not cancel the clean immediately before or after the moved appointment. Preference would be to cancel the clean that falls on the holiday.
